It was established in the immediate post-war period as a private residence of the French Count “Vidar de S. Claire” with the appearance of a castle with a rather singular inspiration.
In 1980, after restoration and care of the internal and external spaces, it became a receptive structure while maintaining unaltered the pre-existing architectural features.
In 1990, a modern architecture building located about 80 meters from the main building is built and it is now known as the Dependance.
